What we collect when you use Fish & Chips, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
Fish & Chips (fishnchips.io) is a Frontier International company. For any privacy question or request, email support@fishnchips.io.
What we collect
- Account details. If you sign in with email or Google, we receive your email address and the basic profile details your sign-in provider shares.
- Wallet and transactions. Tron wallet addresses you use with us, and your deposits, withdrawals, bets, game rounds and balances. Transfers on the Tron blockchain are public by nature.
- Support messages. What you send us through support chat, tickets or email.
- Usage data. Pages and features you use, the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), device, browser and operating system type, a hashed (not stored in plain form) version of your IP address, and a random session identifier saved on your device.
- Optional details. Your email if you give it to us for updates, answers to an optional “how did you hear about us” question, and a push-notification subscription if you turn notifications on.
How we use it
- To run your account, games, bets, deposits and withdrawals.
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our 18+ rule and self-exclusions.
- To answer support requests.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and channels bring visitors and how we can improve the site.
- To send notifications or emails you asked for. You can turn these off at any time.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run parts of Fish & Chips for us, such as hosting, sign-in, and an AI service that helps word support replies. They process data only to provide those services.
- Partners you come through. If you open Fish & Chips from a partner app (for example the L-Pesa wallet), we exchange the details needed to run that connection with that partner.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
We do not run advertising pixels or third-party ad trackers on fishnchips.io.
Cookies and storage on your device
We use cookies and your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in, remember your wallet session and settings, and keep the campaign tags of the link you arrived from so we can tell which channels work.
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as your account is active and afterwards as long as needed to handle disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of data we no longer need, by emailing support@fishnchips.io.
- Turn off push notifications in your browser or app settings.
- Close your account permanently (self-exclusion) — see our responsible gambling page.
Adults only
Fish & Chips is for people aged 18 or over. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it.
