Chained a 5x on Dragon King, hit a Megalodon boss on Fish Hunter, or cashed out at 10x on Submarine Dive? Here's exactly how to get your USDT off the platform and back into TronLink. The whole flow takes under 2 minutes and there's no platform fee — just the standard Tron network energy cost.
TL;DR: Wallet page → Withdraw → amount (min 10 USDT) → confirm in TronLink → USDT arrives in your wallet in ~90 seconds.
Step 1 — Open the Wallet page
Go to fishnchips.io/wallet and make sure TronLink is connected (you'll see your T... address at the top). Tap Withdraw.
Step 2 — Enter the amount
The minimum is 10 USDT (10,000 points). Maximum per single withdrawal is 5,000 USDT — split larger cash-outs into multiple requests if needed (no daily limit, but we monitor and may ask for additional verification on anything over 20k/day).
The fee display shows you exactly what arrives in your wallet vs. what's deducted. Example: request 100 USDT → ~1 USDT burned for network energy → 99 USDT in TronLink.
Step 3 — Confirm and wait
After you tap Confirm, the request enters our auto-withdrawal queue:
- 0–30s: Queue pickup. The auto-withdrawal worker runs every 30 seconds.
- 30–60s: On-chain broadcast. Our hot wallet signs and sends the transaction.
- 60–120s: Tron confirms (2 blocks). Funds visible in your TronLink wallet.
You'll see live status updates in the transactions table on the same Wallet page. When status changes to "Completed", the txid links directly to Tronscan so you can verify the transfer independently.
What if it's taking longer?
Three things can slow withdrawals beyond the normal 2-minute window:
- Hot wallet energy rotation: Tron requires "energy" to process USDT transfers cheaply. Roughly every 24 hours our hot wallet stakes additional TRX to refill energy — during that 5-minute window, queued withdrawals wait. Visible on the admin status page; never lost.
- Maintenance pause: We toggle auto-withdrawal off during deploys (visible as "Auto-withdrawal: paused" on the wallet page). It resumes automatically within 60 seconds of redeploy.
- Suspicious activity check: First-time withdrawals to a new address after an unusually large win may be paused for a 5-minute manual review.
If your withdrawal is "Processing" for more than 10 minutes, ping support — we maintain a manual reconciliation log for any edge cases (e.g. on-chain send succeeded but our DB update failed).
Pro tip: stack your wins
Each withdrawal costs ~1 USDT in network fees. If you're hitting 10–20 USDT wins regularly, consider letting your balance grow to 100+ USDT before cashing out. Same fee, much better effective rate.
Withdraw any time — there's no daily cooldown and no minimum holding period after a deposit.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a Fish & Chips withdrawal take?
On-chain in 60–120 seconds once it leaves our hot wallet. Our auto-withdrawal worker polls every 30 seconds, so total wait is usually under 2 minutes during normal hours. If the hot wallet is rotating energy resources you may see a 5–10 minute delay — visible on our admin page in real time.
What's the minimum withdrawal?
10 USDT (10,000 points). Below that, the on-chain fee eats too large a percentage. Maximum per withdrawal is 5,000 USDT — split larger amounts across multiple requests.
Do you charge a withdrawal fee?
No platform fee. The only cost is ~1 USDT of TRX burned for Tron network energy — paid by the player, deducted at the time of withdrawal. We display the exact estimated fee before you confirm.
Why is my withdrawal stuck on 'processing'?
It means the database has reserved the points but the on-chain send hasn't yet landed. 99% of the time it's just the 30-second polling cadence. If it's been 10+ minutes, check our hot-wallet status page or contact support — we manually reconcile any stuck transactions.
